Acorns
Special School is a long established Pendlewood customer.
The original
area was an unused space that was between a garage and a storage shed.
The brief
was to create a magical space that was safe, interesting and adaptable, to
cater for many uses - play area, quiet zone, and if possible, be a cool
sheltered environment that also looked as natural as possible.
An ambiguous
task, but one that our design team loved. As you will see from the pictures and
headmasters comments it was a major success.
The project
took only 5 weeks from initial discussions to completed project.
